I used to love the pho place that was here before, when I first came here after the change I didn't care for the broth as much so I had stop coming here BUT that changed, I went back and I ended up really liking the broth, it's light and flavorful. I've dined in once or twice and the vibes are quiet, but the service is still fairly attentive. If you like to get checked in on every 30 seconds then you might not like it- personally I appreciate it when staff lets me eat my food in peace and checks in intermittently.
BEST PHO IN THE 626!! Excellent food and sweet servers. Had a phenomenal experience here great for a late night pho treat. They stayed open for us to finish our food as well. Thankyou again 626 pho!!! 10/10
Me and my wife are basically regulars at this point, we always come in during lunch and there are two things that always stick out: 1. Quick service 2. Amazing quality food We usually order a fried rice, tofu spring rolls and a pho (number 17) Food quality is great - not oily and very flavorful Everything is made fresh! Highly recommend
This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in town! The flavors of everything are amazing. It's like visiting a shop in the country itself. Soft french bread for the bahn mi, my favorite dish the pork vermicelli bowl DROOL thinking about it. And the broth in the pho AHMAAAZING! I will come back here as long as I live. The staff is also very nice. They take apple pay if you use that stuff. Prices are very reasonable as well.
so satisfying (and no wait!) interior of the establishment is so clean and spacious! i've had better vietnamese food, but lov how it's down the street and quickly made for a quality meal. we ordered bun thit nuong and it came with nuoc mam, banh mi with pork hehe, and bo luc lac. my tummy was lichrally growling before but it was soon to be happy and bloated and full of one of my favorite dishes!! yippee
I recently had the pleasure of dining at 626 Pho in Baldwin Park, CA and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. This place has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Baldwin Park for a delicious bowl of pho. First and foremost, the pho at 626 Pho is simply outstanding. The flavors are rich and robust, and each spoonful is a delightful explosion of taste. Whether you're a fan of the classic beef pho or prefer something a bit more adventurous, this place has got you covered. The attention to detail and the perfect balance of flavors truly set this establishment apart. The ambiance of the restaurant is also worth mentioning. It is clean, well-maintained, and exudes a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The moment you step inside, you feel at ease and ready to enjoy a satisfying meal. The staff at 626 Pho are not only quick in serving you, but they are also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warm and accommodating nature adds to the overall dining experience and makes you feel like a valued guest. During my visit, I had the pleasure of trying the number 19, which is their brisket pho. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed. The tender and flavorful brisket paired perfectly with the aromatic broth, creating a truly memorable dish. I also couldn't resist ordering the crispy beef eggrolls, and they definitely hit the spot. The crispy exterior and savory filling were a delightful combination. If you find yourself in Baldwin Park and have a craving for pho, I wholeheartedly recommend checking out 626 Pho. The combination of delicious pho, a welcoming atmosphere, and attentive service make it a standout dining destination. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
This place was very quiet when I came for dinner, but the service was very good and did not take too long. I got a Pho Tom to enjoy.
While visiting my dad, I noticed this restaurant in the area and decided to try it out due to me starving. The food was mouthwatering. We tried everything lol. We ordered the pork chop plate, pork egg rolls, fried rice, and wonton soup all were so flavorful and nice portions. The service was excellent and the environment was relaxed. A mixture of options to choose from. The place was very clean and filled with the smell good toiletries in the restroom. I will be back to try more food items. Plenty of ample parking and great prices.
Was on the road and decided to give this place a try. It looked like it opened recently. There was only one other customer when we arrived on a Friday night at 8pm for dinner. We ordered the spring rolls, #17 house special pho, and a #22 rare rib eye steak with beef meatballs. The broth was amazing.....very flavorful, clean and on the sweeter side which I loved. The spring rolls were just ok. They only offered it with shrimp and it looked like beef brisket meat so it was rather dry and bland. The sauce helped a lot but I prefer the charbroiled pork. I will definitely be back just for the pho. They also serve bun bo hue so I want to try that too. It's located in a plaza so plenty of parking. Service was good. Served us water without us asking.
Found this place on Yelp while I was waiting to finish up at Kaiser and I was pleasantly surprised! I placed a phone order for a broken rice dish with grilled pork, bun bo hue, and bun thit nuong. The lady on the phone was a little slow on the phone, I was thinking because English isn't her first language or because they were relatively new and just wanted to make sure the numbered orders I was giving was matching on their menus. She gave me a time of 15 minutes for the food to be ready. By the time I got to the restaurant, food was ready to go. From the feel of the containers the food were really hot so I knew they were hot and ready from the kitchen. Restaurant didn't look very busy for 1pm on a Wednesday. It was very clean and quiet. If I were dining in, I would feel very comfortable. My drive home was still about 20 minutes, but by the time I got home, I ate the bun thit nuong for lunch. The egg rolls were still crispy after the ride home. The pork was tender and flavorful. You can really taste the lemongrass. Veggies were fresh to give it the bite that makes this dish overall refreshing. I really enjoyed it. My husband also really liked his broken rice dish. He actually ate that for dinner since he was working in the office and just wanted me to order something for him for later. He told me he could not wait to get to dine in at the restaurant since he ate his Togo food so much later and it was still very good. The bun bo hue was also good, not as spicy as some other places I've had it; but I still enjoyed it. No pork blood in theirs though. Veggies provided looked very clean and fresh as well. All in all, we really liked the food we got Togo and we can't wait to have a chance to dine in to get the food at its peak freshness. Side note, husband even asked if this place does catering because he's ready to book them for any future events we may have. We'll have to ask them next time we actually dine in.
